Default Gambit->Fluent error: not refrenced by grid

I want to make simulation of turbine. It has 3 volumes- spiral, between-blades volume and outlet. It were 3 different volumes in UGS NX.
I made Volume Meshes using Tet/Hybrid elements and TGrid type.

In Gambit I received such error:
Tetrahedral meshing has failed for volume (Between-blades volume and spiral volume). This problem is usually caused by face meshes. Check the skewness and make sure the face mesh sizes are not too large in areas of small gaps.

In Fluent I received "not referenced by grid" error.

Another question is whether can I do Interface between one face from one side and 4 faces divided on other side, but with the same area and dimensions as first face?

What to do?

*fix your gambit problem first. If Gambit cannot mesh any volume, it won't write it in a mesh. Then you cannot read it in Fluent.

*Regarding your other question, you only need to group all your 4 faces in one interface BC, say interface-1. Set the other interface as interface-2.
Then in Fluent, define the grid interface by pairing both interface-1 and interface-2

Thank you very much- I changed the mesh from Tet to Hex and it helped.
Another question is- when to use pressure inlet and when velocity inlet? Which boundary condition would be the best for turbine and compressor and which models in Fluent would be the best for this case?

from my own experience velocity_inlet/pressure_outlet is more stable than pressure_inlet/pressure_outlet (incompressible internal flow).
But I let other experienced people (turbine & compressor) to give you better answer (or correct me ).

Dear friends,
i am doing 3D wing analsysis by using gambit & fluent in gambit i selected the coordinates is +y view in gambit (ie x is towards right, y is towards horizontal wing & z is downwards,) see image 1 xyz coordinates, after i finished my meshing i import in fluent in that if i see grid in display option the coordinates its shows (x is towards right, y is vertical & z is horzontal) see image 2 xyz coordinates, how i can change my coordinates in fluent according my gambit coordinates, please find the attached images,

In gambit my wing looks towards bottom ie actual geometry, but in fluent its change, see wing& xyz coordinates closely in both images, please help me
