how to mesh volume which is 20mm long and 0.01mm height
 

hi recently 1 encouneter an mesh work of meshing a volume which with heigt of 0.01mm and length of 20mm because the interface has to set interior type ，so i have to connect the faces. i found the meshing work is very difficult , can anyone help me？
