HPC Parallel Lidense

Hi,

We have 1 HPC Pack (8 parallel) and 4 separate parallel licenses in a 16 core server machine.

I came across solver error when I used all the 12 parallel license.
Only able to run 7 parallel with error free.

Could anyone throw information on how this HPC pack license selection works and how to utilize remaining 5 parallel license?

thanks

What kind of licences are you talking about? Driving licences?
I assume, the most users here are no wizards, so a little bit more information would be great - especially which code you want to use!

The license manager doesn't allow using combos of packs and individual licenses.

re

8 parallel in the name of "HPC pack" & remaining 4 parallel in the name of "CFD parallel"...
I have one solver license so it only take "HPC pack" only..
so i have to combine the remain 4 para.. into hpc pack to run 12parallel..
