Best university for hypersonic flow research (in both US and UK)

Hello,
I have completed Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering. I want to pursue higher studies (MS/PhD) in CFD for aerospace applications (specifically hypersonic flows). Can anyone suggest the best universities in both US and UK for the same? I heard about Cranfield University in UK. Is it the best for hypersonic flows research?

Were you able to find the best universities for hypersonics in US? If so please let me know as I am planning to do my PHD in hypersonics from USA.
