Mmm... good point. You would have to deduce that it also tests the CPU, given that it says that there were no hardware errors found.

In additional, using the "--help" option, shows the following information, for the given options:

-W               Use more CPU-stressful memory copy

 --cc_test        do the cache coherency testing

These two have given me in the past very good indications of when there are memory problems and/or CPU problems.
