Hello all,
I have been working as a CFD analyst for little over 4 years now and I want to move on from a purely technical profile to one that has some managerial work as well.....like leading a small team of cfd analysts. If that were to happen, how do I prepare myself for that position or what to expect form the person(s) interviewing me? Cheers!! |
