CGNS interpolation utility error--find_element outside b

Hello!
I am using the CGNS interpolate_cgns utility for interpolating CFD results a fine grid into a coarse grid. However I met a error shown as below: find_element:vertex 6,-5.2915,2.44929e-16 outside bounds because of lacking of help documents, I don't know exactly what it means. Does anybody know something about this. Any hints will be appreciated! Due to the limitation of attachment size, files cannot be upload, if need the file please give me a email address.
