[beginner] To see how the resin flows between the gaps

Hi all,

I am new here and beginner with Ansys and would like to ask if it's possible to do what I think with Ansys.

I have very small pieces of LCP (polymer) (1-2cm long) that have to be sealed with resin using heat.

Do you know if it's possible to simulate how the resin flows between the parts? There are some areas that the resin mustn't reach, and "how" is exactly what I have to find out.

Should I learn Ansys-CFD for this or do you recommend me another tool(s)?

Thanks in advance!

I think it's not possible.

But, could I simulate how some drops of different very viscous fluids flow over different materials when the surface is 45 inclined?

Thanks
