Using a mesh with 274Kcells + wall function I get good agreement with experimental data for drag, cpbase, Cl', and the Strouhal number.

When I refine the mesh 1.2Mcells, the cpbase is too high thus the drag too low.
Has anyone observed similar behavior as the mesh is refined?

Code is 2nd-order space and time using a hybrid-LesWale turbulence model.
