Hi,
Now I'm trying simulating a CFB riser using E-L model. I want to compare its results with experimental dates in literatures. At the inlet, gas velocity and solids flow rate should be given, and at the outlet, pressure(atmosphere) is set. A no-slip condition is used for gas phase at the walls. Usually gas velocity and solids flux (unit is kg/m2s) are given in literatures, but I must get solids flow rate (unit is kg/s) for inlet BC. The question is how can I convert solids flux to solids flow rate. I know it's not simply product of the solids flux and riser cross-section area.
I hope someone can help me, thanks in advance.
