Reigles Rule?

Hello Folks, I'm using a CFD code written by someone else. In the manual it is mentioned that the code uses "Reigles rule" to calculate the slope of an airfoil. I have never heard of this rule and cannot find any reference to it online.

Has anyone heard of the rule? if so could you please point me towards a suitable reference?

I'm trying to validate my own work by checking the numerical results against another code. There is a difference and I'm wondering if it's something to do with the way the slopes are calculated.

Cheers, F
