Hi!

I'm working with a FSI project on a riser subjected to VIV using a coupling between Abaqus and Acusolve. I try to find information about appropriate turbulence models for this application or if the flow can be treated as laminar?

Hi Anton,

This is definitely late answer, but from the selection of offshore publications, it could be seen that turbulence models are Spalart Allmaras and Detached Eddy Simulation (DES).
