Hi All,
I'm interested in doing some simple very CFD modelling of particle releases within a room. I'll start with a 2D geometry and will prescribe an inlet, through which a known mass flux of particles will be injected. The properties of the particles are known, and will be prescribed as part of the problem. I would like to determine where these particles settle out onto the floor of the room. Does anyone know of any suitable test cases or validation data that may be useful for this type of modelling? If so, could you please forward me a reference? Many thanks, MM |
