Hello,

I just want to know what kind of thesis topics there are in the area of CFD related to optimization? Your comments are appreciated....

There is no dearth of topics. Broadly speaking CFD and optimization could be coupled in the following 2 ways 1) Optimal flow control. eg: like suse of sction/blowing to delay turbulence/transition etc 2) Optimal shape design, where the shape of the surface is itslef changed towards attaining some objective like minimum drag/maximum lift, uniform flow at the exit etc.
