Software for flow under a long bridge
 

Hi everyone,

I want to make some simulations of a river flow under a long bridge. So the flow is free-surface upstream and downstream but is not under the bridge.

Which software allows to mix free-surface (and shallow water if possible) flow and "3d under pressure" flow ?

Ps : i'm only familiar with software based on Barre-St-Venant equations.
