PDF of journals for circular cylinder vortex shedding
 

I am currently trying to verify the frequency of vortex shedding in the wake of a circular cylinder. To do so I have to compare the results coming from numerical simulations with articles or books dealing with it. Anyway the most of the PDF which i find on web are blocked because you have to pay a purchase to visualize them.
Has anybody any kind of material which would be useful to me?

Did you try searching Google Scholar for vortex shedding information? there's quite a bit there, and many times you can find pdfs put out by universities that are free versions of journal articles published by their professors.

Two good references are the papers by M. Breuer, who performed LESs at Re = 3900 and Re = 140000. You should be able to access them freely:
