Presenation of vortex strength and velocity concept?

Hi, Dear all,

I am an novice who know about vortex strength. but since i cannot find a conceptual explanation on the "vortex strength" linked to "vortex propagation theory" , so i decide I should give it a theory...feel free to shoot.

When a vortex ring propagate along the wall, with lower vortex strength, we can see that the vortex propagation velocity is going to be lower, provided that the vorticity is smaller with the same vortex area.

When a vortex ring propagate along the wall, with higher vortex strength, we can see that the vortex propagation velocity is going to be faster, provided that the vorticity is higher with the same vortex area.

the vortex strength is same definition in general, which is affected by the vorticity magnitude and vortex area. The vortex propagation velocity i define it as the how fast it propagate from one site to another.

Anyone agree with my self induced theory? :)
