Default Boundary layer thickness

Hi everyone. I am trying to solve boundary layer type equation for flat plate with arbitrary pressure gradient(but not adverse). I have used Blasius solution for boundary layer thickness for zero pressure gradient and Falkner-Skan solution for Ue(x)=a*x^n. Should i solve von-Karman Momentum Integral equation first to find boundary layer thickness and use it for solving boundary layer type equation with implicit scheme or there is an another way around? Please help. Thanks in advance.

For favorable pressure gradient and laminar flow you can use Thwaites method (see e.g. http://www.desktop.aero/appliedaero/blayers/lambl.html).

It is quite precise and one has only use numeric integration.

What should i use for turbulent flow???
