highly skewed elements

Default highly skewed elements

hi this is srikanth. Presently Iam doing a project on combustion analysis using FLUENT and GAMBIT. whenever Iam trying to mesh the 3D model Its showing few highly skewed elements.

Can somebosdy please tell me why this is happening how to remove them. because of this, Iam unable to get the mesh motion.
