Pressure outlet boundary condition

I am trying to reproduce a two-phase simulation performed in Fluent. The problem is a two phase flow in a circular duct. At the inlet I have specified the velocity. Originally at the duct exit I specified outflow boundary conditions as:

P = 0

\frac{\partial u}{\partial z} = 0

However I believe that the correct boundary conditions should be pressure outlet, not outflow. Mathematically, how is pressure outlet defined?
