How to calculate swirl velocity

Dear Sir,
When both the swirl number and velocity in axial direction is known to us how do we calculate swirl velocity?? example: when swirl no: is 0.37 and velcocity of air in axial direction is 13.6m/sec how to we calculate radial velocity?? |
