difference between mass and momentum source

I included a subdomain in my domain (CFX-PRE)
I am trying to model a cryogenic which flows in 2 phase. Currently i have entered 2 components Air & cryogenic.
Cryogenic has to modelled in multiphase.

1.I would like to know the difference between specifying a mass source and
momemtum source.
2.Also difference between specifying Bulk source & fluid sources separately.

I suggest you to use mass flow conditions for your case.

Bulk source is suitable for the fully developed flow in channel/pipe.
