Does Fluid Structure Coupling between CFD-FEM solves can predict Flutter Speed?

If we are using Unsteady RANS and couple it with the FEM solver. Does it can predict Flutter speed of a wing. I think we can predict static aeroelastic phenomena using this approach. But dynamic phenomena like flutter need excitation and unsteady aerodynamics modeling.

Can anyone share his ideas on this ?

yes you can calculate flutter critical speed by using 2way fsi

only transient of course
