Dear friends, by discussing through this discussion forum finally I came to know that I am week in fundamentals. Presently I have understood the mass momentum and energy equations, but half understood about the concepts like advection, convection, diffusion etc. I have also understood conservative and non conservative forms. Now plz suggest me some road map by which I can understand Fluid mechanics in much better way. Thank you.

Dear Joshi,

Try with these books

1. Fundamentals of Fluid Mechanics by Bruce. R. Munson, young 2. Computational Fluid Dynamics by J.D. Anderson 3. Viscous Fluid Flow, Fluid Mechanics by F.M. White
