To design a wind turbine
 

hi as a part of my ME project i have to design a wind turbine ..
the input conditions are:
rotor dia=0.9m
wind speed=3m/s
power=35watts..
i have to develop a model of turbine with these inputs and then test them in cfd...
please can anybody provide details for me as how to proceed..
