Velocity inlet within a domain

I am modelling a different temperature upstream and downstream of a simplified choke geometry.
I have modelled a velocity inlet upstream of the choke and a pressure outlet downstream of the choke.
I had then hoped to model the temperature drop across the choke by setting a face (at the choke position) as a pressure outlet on the upstream side and then a velocity inlet on the downstream side of the same face.
I had hoped the shadow wall function in Fluent would have allowed different sides of the same face to be set as a velocity inlet and pressure outlet but the option is not available.
I am modelling my mesh with Design Modeler.
Does anyone know what I should set the wall as in Design Modeler to allow me to model the above?
Thanks in advance for any help
