immersed boundary method ghost cell implementation
 

I have problem with preprocessor in ghost cell method. you know ghost cell method is one of the very popular immersed boundary method. But it's a little difficult in preprocessing step. In the preprocessing step, code should determine the ghost cells and ghost points. Can anyone halp me to write the preprocessor code?
