Default How disturbace is added to the mean flow in inlet?

Hi, Guys!

Would you please give me the mathematical form of the disturbances added to the mean flow velocity at the inlet in 3D DNS. The situation is 3D compressible shear layer flow, disturbances in x,y,z direction has to be added to the velocity at the shear layer.
