Default Propeller as BC
Posts: n/a
Hi guys,

I want to calculate the flow around a fuselage of a motorglider and want to set the the Inelt_BC into the propeller-plane. To set the BC properly, I need the turbulence intensity, turbulent lenght scale a.s.o direclty downstream of the prop. Unfortunatly, I didnīt find any infos on the internet - itīs all about propeller performance, but nothing about aerodynamics. Can anyone recommend homepage, papers or books?

Thx, Chris

The ESDU sheets are pretty good for propeller stuff (, problem is you'll need to subscribe. If you're at Uni, or have a mate with an Athens account, you should be able to get in that way.
