Is HLLC a positivity preserving flux? -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

If the solution will break down, when we use first order scheme using HLLC flux near vacuum. I find some paper say HLLC work well near low densities. But in my a simulation, near vacuum, the solution break down. Maybe HLLC is not a positivity preserving flux. I am not sure. Do you anyone know about it. Thank you very much.
