Dear members,

I would like to analyse Non-linear motion of Floating circular cylinders of large amplitudes. The cylinder may be of 30m high with 10m dia with 8m wave excursions inside the cylinder. It is like a Oscillating Water Column(OWC. Any details on software for non-linear analysis,

non-linear models welcome

thanks in advance

Dr. K, I wonder if it would be worth your while also trying to contact a Marine Engineering forum - if such an entity exists.

I wish you well in your search - don't pass up the book reference I gave you previously. This could provide you some useful additional links.
