Premixed combustion.

Could anyone tell me how to deal with the effect of stretch (strain and curvature) on premixed turbulent flames. What about positive and negative stretch? There seems to be no accepted modelling criteria for these issues.

You might want to check out this AIAA paper. They seemed to do a very nice job at modeling combustion in their work.
