SA-DES Cylinder with SA-RC?

I would like to implement a SA-DES model for a cylinder.

Does one use the SA model with Rotation/Curvature Correction (SA-RC) or without? The SA-RC seems to be the physically correct model because it produces less eddy viscosity at the center of a vortex than SA. However, the references I've found in regards to SA-DES seem to be with the uncorrected model.

I did find one reference http://www.csc.kth.se/~jhoffman/arch...nDESCC1999.pdf which seems to indicate that RC helps. Any shared thoughts or references would be much appreciated. Thanks.
