Default Reynolds number in the weld pool

Hello, can we introduce Reynolds number in the weld pool. How much is it approximately? (For plasma arc welding on a plate from 304 stainless steel)

For writing code i should write continuity and momentum equations as
dimensionless equations or it is not necessary?
