What is meant by conservative form and non conservative form of NS equation? thank you in advance.

Conservative form is the integral form or the Gauss theorem-derived divergence form of the NS.
Non conservative is the quasi-linear form of the NS.

Such terminology assumes relevance mainly for the discrete formulation
