Default different residual error in one direction

Hi! I wrote a 3d turbomachinery Euler code based on Runge Kutta Jameson (JST) four time step scheme. It works well with the exception, that the radial momentum equation is allways finishing with 10 to 100x higher average residual error as the other equations. What might be the reason for it. Has anybody similar experience?
