The materials science community has this popular journal called Materialtoday (http://www.materialstoday.com). Quite insightful articles and is successful in connecting the novices to the Research papers. Do we have equivalent(s) of this journal in Fluid Mechanics ?

This is a "review journal" as opposed to "popular"
