Default what model should i choose

sailote is on a distinguished road
i am using fluent to do a simulation of porous media adsorbing gas, like activated carbon adsorbing ammonia. This adsorption action is physical, not chemical, like condensation in capillary. So, should i employ the multiphase or wall surface reaction model?
