some questions about SA turbulence model?

Dear friends,

Now I'm working on numerical simulation for airfoil stall using DES of SA turbulence model(by finite volume method,LU-SGS scheme,dual-time stepping method).But I haven't done any related work in that field.So I have some questions/ problems about it:1)how to define the initial/bounary conditions;2)the model equation should been solved coupled with NS equations or not;3)which parameters influence its computation efficiency and accuracy. Thank you for response!
