Effect of turbulence of flow on lift and drag coefficients
 

Dear All,

What is the effect of turbulence of flow on the lift and drag coefficients of an aerofoil ?. This is for aerofoil shapes used in vertical axis wind turbine applications (typically in low Reynolds number regime).

Could anyone suggest me a good paper to read on the topic
