hey guys ,
With more and more people getting health conscious , trying fitness routines and various diet plans CFD could be taken right at your frying pan! I believe there is a lot of potential in the food area for CFD , I mean not just commercial packaging but on individual level or restaurant level,CFD that can help people eat well , cook well just the right thing. Inspired by the Restaurant Noma in Copenhagen where there is extra ordinary food lab run by the Chef Renee Redzepi . Any opinions? please post Thanks |

I read some books about using the CFD on the transportation of the food and food processing. Also, check this paper: Applications of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) in the food industry: a review.
