Matrix visualization tool
 
Does anybody know any tool to visualize the pattern of a matrix? (usually of sparse matrix)

For this question i have searched if u got any answer please reply me also.Mainly iam not getting what is meant by "Pattern Of Matrix"

If you have Matlab it perform this by function spy, else there is some subroutine (FORTRAN)in SPARSKIT pakage (http://www-users.cs.umn.edu/~saad/software/) that gets the matrix in sparse format (such as CSR) and make a postscript picture related to sparsity patern.
