Hi All

I am currently trying to run a simulation on a reverse thrust bucket and want to know what is an acceptable value for the turbulence intensity at the inlet? I ask this becuase the inlet is basically the outlet from a pump with unknown characteristics, all thats given for this problem is the flow rate of 7.5m^3/sec of sea water where the inlet is 800mm in diameter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
