rmh26 Member Join Date: Jul 2011 Posts: 59 Rep Power: 14	I'm guessing you are using a sparse matrix. MATLAB has a built in sparse ILU factorization routine. Are you using MATLAB's sparse matrix format or something you made up yourself. It might be easier to switch everything over to MATLAB format so that the forward and backward solves are easier to compute.
