Hi,did you find the PhD thesis of M.Peric? I am not sure if you still in this forum since you have writen this post four years ago

I don't know about his thesis, but Peric works for CD-adapco now. They have copies of the book that he co-authored with Ferziger. They are proud of their support for academics and would possibly give you one for free.
