Anyone has this paper or know an internet site to access, can you please send it to my e-mail? Blazek's book says there are some information about implementing boundary conditions there, like using extrapolation in order to find wall pressure for streched grids (cpt-8 page:270). I think it would be helpful for me, because I'm dealing with writing a simple 2-D solver. The thing I understand since the previous month that implementing boundary conditions is not so easy and there are lots of different approaches in the literature.
