Hi,
Is it possible to export the mesh co-ordinate points (x,y,z) in text or dat file format from any meshing software like gambit, icem or openfoam....??? |

This part is always present in a mesh file. For Gambit, which only exports in ASCII format, it is also easy to identitfy. Of course, additional information are present in order to handle the mesh connectivity, boundary conditions, general labeling, etc.
