SST or V2-f?

I'm new to the V2-f model, and would like to know which one of the above two EVM models is more suitable for air ventilation problems in the urban environment, especially with limited computational resources.
I used SST for bluff body aerodynamics in my academic study, but it seems it's quite popular here where I work to use V2-f for urban environmental applications.
Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

V2F is low reynolds number model. It is popular for Heat transfer and secondary flows. I would vote for realizable K-epsilon model with enhanced wall treatment.
