I am pulling in a file from an inventor 2011 assembly which turns out to be quite large in paranoid format. My computer is bombing out despite being a workstation. I was wondering if anyone else had issues with excessively large files ~13MB and found a way to cut them down. I already simplified the geometry. I am not sure why the files are large.
A follow on question say I am able to get the model in and get my surfaces and stuff named would the tin file be small. So once I get over this hurdle I am fine ? any help much appreciated. |
