Question about fractional step method

I need to implement a fractional step method for a driven cavity flow using higher order finite difference schemes.I read in few papers that the application of boundary condition in the intermediate steps of the Runga-Kutta ( mine is 4th order) requires some consideration.I would like some advice on how to implement the boundary condition for pressure in the intermediate steps or a sample code of the implementation.

Thanks Harish

Re: Question about fractional step method

its implementation is presend in NAST3DGP code (open source http://wissrech.iam.uni-bonn.de/rese...3DGP/index.htm)

probably it can help you.

Re: Question about fractional step method

Thanks for the link rt.The code seems to be for a parallel machine and also a more complete solver.I'm looking for a simple example to get an idea of the implementation.
